iii. You can pay at any of our agents with cash, check, or credit card (VISA or MasterCard).
iv. We provide a Monthly Invoices System to corporate customers who have a GooRap account.

To ensure parcel safety, GooRap discourages the shipment of prohibited, restricted, and dangerous items to any destination. You can find more information on our Terms and Conditions page.

Items that are not explosive, dangerous, or protected by law can be shipped.

If your shipment is missing, we strongly advise you to contact the dispatcher or agent as soon as possible for prompt assistance. Most of the time, the dispatcher or agent will ship your order in multiple packages on different days, or they will place the incorrect number of items in the package or use the incorrect shipping label.
